About Videodata Systems
Organized in April 2016, Videodata Systems, LLC (VS) is a small high-tech company committed to designing, manufacturing, and commercializing new instrumentation for Civil Engineering applications, mainly Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and Seismic Risk Assessment (SRA). To this end, Videodata systems Founder, Electronics Engineer Dr. Massimo Romita, has developed specialized systems that are the platforms of VS’s proprietary technology:
A ) – A class of novel narrow-band, high-sensitivity, low-noise accelerometers ;
B ) – A laser system called Laser Diagnostic & Rescue (LDR)
We have also under development, for these analog accelerometers, a wireless system, that we call DATS :
Data Acquisition & Transmission System, offering four differential inputs, very low noise, 24 bits Analog to Digital conversion, a microprocessor based board with local storage on an extractable micro SD, and data Tx / Rx via internet and cloud web server.
